Yoshiko joins PLAFONDDIENST!

There are so many harder styles nowadays. Uptempo is evolving big time and there's still a lot to discover. “So many people say: ‘I don’t like uptempo’, says Yoshiko. While she's like: "Which uptempo?" There's simply so much you can choose from, and that's what we're discussing in this episode.
Yoshiko opens up about the pressure behind her growing success: “I want to do better and better, and it seems like it’s never better.” From her first steps as a DJ to INSOLENT and ATONEMENT, how does she keep pushing forward while enjoying the ride?
We also look ahead to her All Night Long shows in 2027. Six hours of nothing but uptempo? That’s definitely NOT the plan! Expect different genres, influences from her raving days and special guests Lekkerfaces and Dela. But how do you prepare to DJ two full nights in a row? 👀
Plus: Rooler’s frustration with ‘Darude - Sandstorm’, artist names that sound weird when taken literally, and new music with The Straikerz. I mean, we all have a kick obsession, right?!
