Purpose: the mission or reason of being
Success: the results of the outcome expected
Scope: what's in and whats out? The time by when the deliverable is completed; additional limitations or conditions
Resources: the people on the team, time and funds
Charge: the person or groups from whom the team receives its charge and to whom it is accountable
Solution process: the method used to produce the deliverable
Leadership process: the method to make decisions, assign tasks, establish policies, address issues, etc.
Teamwork: the level of trust, communication, participation, and accountability
